- 3.5kg butternut pumpkin, peeled, seeded, cut into 2.5cm pieces
- 1 tbsp olive oil
The instruction how to make Roasted pumpkin
- Place pumpkin on prepared trays. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat. Roast at 180C for 35 to 40 minutes or until browned and just tender. Set aside to cool completely.
